Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports

  • Handle confidential correspondence and follow-ups

  • Support office coordination and stakeholder communication

Skills Required:

  • Strong organization, communication, and discretion

  • Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • English required (Arabic is a plus)
