Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Manage CEO and executive team calendars, meetings, and agendas
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items to completion
- Draft letters, contracts, and proposals in English and Arabic
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO across multiple channels
- Collect customer/vendor feedback and prepare weekly reports
- Coordinate travel, events, and office management duties
- Support recruitment, hiring, and expense management processes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Full medical/dental/vision coverage

Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor s degree (Master s is a plus)
- 2 5 years of experience in administration, project management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Personal traits: leadership, self-motivation, teamwork, problem-solving, growth mindset
