Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Muscat, Oman. The role involves managing administrative and clerical tasks, providing executive-level support, handling professional communications, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The Executive Assistant will contribute to maintaining effective organization, coordination, and operational efficiency across the office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage emails, including reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence and following up when required
  • Respond accurately and professionally to internal and external information requests Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and local transportation Assist with coordination and processing of visa-related documentation (tourist and residency)
  • Take dictation, prepare minutes of meetings, and maintain records Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and briefs Develop and maintain an organized office filing and documentation system Support ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Familiarity with modern office tools, systems, and applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
