Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to improve performance and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to ensure operational efficiency and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the CEO to execute business strategies and monitor organizational performance.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective business setup and client management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings and decision-making forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in business setup management or corporate services leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and drive strategic initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE business setup procedures, free zones, and compliance requirements.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.
