Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Executive Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our company. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Solar Panel, Renewable Energy, and Sustainable Energy industry, and a strong passion for advancing green technologies.

In this role, you will act as the right hand of the CEO taking full responsibility for the company's management whenever the CEO is not present, ensuring smooth operations from small tasks to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day company operations in the solar and green energy sector.
• Lead project execution, from technical coordination to administrative tasks.
• Supervise and support staff across different departments.
• Ensure smooth company operations in the absence of the CEO.
• Handle internal and external communications with partners, clients, and suppliers.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and project management.
• Maintain strong focus on sustainable and renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

• Must be a female, with a strong background in Solar Panels, Green Energy, or Sustainable Energy.
• Proven professional experience in the renewable energy sector (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle both technical aspects (basic understanding of solar energy systems) and administrative management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Passionate about sustainability and green energy solutions.
