Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Secretary to support our C-Suite Executive. This critical role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and discretion to manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and confidential tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the C-Suite Executive, handling correspondence, emails, and calls.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring time efficiency and prioritization.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate communication and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed by the executive.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary supporting C-Suite Executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent priorities.
