Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Executive Pastry Chef. The Executive Pastry Chef will oversee the preparation and baking of various pastry products, manage daily kitchen operations, and ensure the highest quality and consistency. Responsibilities include Production planning, menu development, managing a team of pastry cooks, maintaining inventory, sourcing ingredients, Training & Development of the team and upholding food safety standards.
