Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO calendar and appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients
- Support boutique and marketing coordination
- Assist in events and photoshoots when required
- Prepare reports and follow up tasks
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Provide administrative and personal support to CEO
