Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients requiring security, protection, guarding services, and cash-in-transit solutions.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract signing.

- Conduct client meetings, perform site visits, and assess security requirements at client locations.

- Prepare and present customized security service proposals and pricing tailored to client needs.

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service contracts.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.

- Ensure smooth handover of signed contracts to the company s operations department.

- Contribute to contract renewals and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of additional services.

- Monitor and address client feedback and complaints in coordination with the administration and the operations department.


Position Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in security, services, facilities management, or staffing.

- Experience selling recurring contracts or subscription-based services.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.

- Ability to translate client security needs into appropriate solutions and services.

- Private vehicle ownership and valid driver s license (mandatory requirement).
