Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, and daily office scheduling for the CEO Office.

Prepare correspondence, letters, internal memos, and meeting-related documents as required.

Support the organization of meetings, appointments, visits, and executive office events.

Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items when required.

Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation for executive office activities.

Coordinate communication between the CEO Office and internal or external stakeholders.

Handle routine administrative tasks, document tracking, and office follow-up activities.

Support preparation of presentations, summaries, and executive office reports.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and documents.

Follow up on assigned tasks and pending matters related to the CEO Office.

Support smooth office coordination and professional front-office communication when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Office Management, Administration, or related field
  • Secretarial or executive support training is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduate / up to 4 years of experience in secretarial, executive support, administration, or office coordination roles.
  • Experience in supporting senior management or executive offices is preferred.
  • Experience in corporate or professional office environments is an advantage.
