Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is among one of the top organization in Agro commodities sector having presence across multiple countries in Africa, APAC & Middle east.
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Executive Secretary to support the Chairman in a fast-paced, multinational business environment. This is a high-visibility role, offering direct exposure to strategic decision-making, senior leadership, and international operations. You will act as a trusted partner to the Chairman, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, communication, and confidential matters. Below are the KRA's.
Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports guaranteeing accuracy and professional presentation.
Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls, managing emails, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items, ensuring effective execution.
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and global travel schedule.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Track key initiatives and follow up on action items across departments
Organize executive visits, events, and leadership engagements
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
Exhibit a minimum of 8 years of experience in an executive secretarial role, showcasing proven experience and expertise.
Demonstrate prior experience within the corporate or multinational environment, having an understanding of international business practices.
Bi-lingual and can manage stake Francophone countries stakeholders.
