Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative staff.
Assist in preparing documents for tenders, contracts, and project coordination.
Support HR and finance with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office environment remains efficient, professional, and well-organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Office Manager (preferably
in construction or engineering).
Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
