Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Executive – Soft Services to oversee and manage soft services operations within our Facilities Management portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing multiple soft service functions, vendor coordination, client satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) in a corporate or mixed-use FM environment. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. Manage day-to-day operations of all soft services across assigned sites

  2. Monitor service delivery for housekeeping, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and support services.

  3. Support inventory control of soft service consumables and cost optimization.

  4. Maintaining cleanliness standards aligned with client and regulatory requirements

  5. Ensure contracted services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs

  6. Supervise site supervisors and service staff across soft service functions, ensure proper manpower deployment.

  7. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders for service delivery

  8. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and service quality checks

  9. Handle client complaints, service requests, and corrective actions promptly

  10. Prepare reports related to service performance, incidents, and manpower

  11. Support mobilization and demobilization of soft service contracts

  12. Prepare and submit operational reports, performance metrics, and incident logs to management.

  13. Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and statutory requirements

  14. Provide required training to staff on safety and hygiene practices

  15. Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and service optimization

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field

  2. 5–8 years of experience in Soft Services within the FM industry

  3. Strong knowledge of FM soft service operations and best practices

  4. Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills

  5. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams

  6. Proficiency in MS Office and FM reporting tools

  7. UAE experience is mandatory
