Job Description

As an Exhibition Operation Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of exhibition events ensuring that they are conducted smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and completing various facets of exhibition operations, from initial setup through to dismantle. Your role will involve working closely with vendors, sponsors, and various stakeholders to create successful exhibitions that meet high professional standards. You will be tasked with managing budgets, implementing best practices, and leading a team dedicated to delivering value through exemplary operational execution. Your leadership abilities and attention to detail will be essential to upholding the reputation and success of our exhibitions.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all operational aspects of exhibition events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to stay within financial constraints.
  • Guide and supervise a team of on-site staff and contractors during events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at exhibition venues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve targeted attendance and revenue goals.
  • Implement innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges during exhibitions.
  • Track and report on exhibition performance metrics and attendee feedback.
  • Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected situations during events.
  • Foster strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and venue management teams.
  • Continuously improve exhibition processes by applying lessons learned from past events.
  • Ensure all exhibition elements align with the company s strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in exhibition or event planning and operations management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a diverse team of professionals and volunteers.
  • Proficiency in event management software and other relevant technology tools.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
