Roles & Responsibilities

We need a strong>UX Designer/strong> with strong>4 5 years of experience/strong> who thrives in agile, sprint-based workflows and enjoys collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. This role requires working strong>on-site with government clients/strong>, so adaptability and professionalism are key.

strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>

  • Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for government services.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate within squads and iterate quickly in sprint cycles.
  • Present concepts confidently to stakeholders and government clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
