Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
  • Promote Chainex projects via private meetings, public events, and industry forums.
  • Handle enquiries and close sales using careful client-qualifying best practices.
  • Meet and exceed sales target KPIs set by the Head of Prime Residential.
  • Stay informed on market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor projects and assist in identifying new development opportunities.
  • Conduct applicant visits to marketing suites and viewings professionally.
  • Assist in organizing local and international events and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the planning of project campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and manage key referral partners and connectors to drive sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and new developments across Dubai.
  • Progress sales by liaising with buyers and developers; ensure timely SPA signings.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to share market intelligence and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate administration of all sales tracking in compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Produce professional written reports and standardized documentation for clients.
  • Adhere to Chainex policies, RERA, Dubai Land Department requirements, and AML compliance.
  • Build and maintain trust, confidentiality, and goodwill with all clients.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Real Estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar UAE or international residential sales role.
  • Proven track record of successful luxury property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regional real estate markets, regulations, and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to public speak and present at client events.
  • Flexible availability to meet project deadlines.
Certifications & Requirements
  • RERA Card Required
  • UAE Driving License Required
  • MRICS Desired but not essential
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient level required
  • Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Travel: Flexible attitude toward local and international travel required.
