Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE developers, projects, payment plans, and launch processes Proven experience handling developer leads, client follow-ups, and deal closures Ability to confidently present off-plan projects to investors and end users Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Target-driven with a strong sales and closing mindset Familiar with DLD/RERA regulations, booking forms, and SPA processes Proficient in CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office Professional attitude with strong time-management and follow-up discipline Ability to work independently and within a team environment Broker Card is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one) Valid UAE driving license is preferred
