Role Description We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker (Off-Plan) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a real estate broker, with a strong understanding of property transactions and market dynamics Mandatory experience in off-plan real estate Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Solid knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations Fluency in English and at least one additional language (multilingual profiles highly valued) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with international clients Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment Experience working with international investors is a strong advantage Relevant real estate certifications and a valid UAE broker license are preferred Must currently reside in the UAE
