Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve departmental budget targets, including sales, billing, and expenses
- Define and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives
- Set and monitor sales targets for distributors and internal teams
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Manage and oversee distributor performance, including:
- Technical capability
- Ethical compliance
- Quality standards
- Training and capacity development
- Sales and marketing effectiveness
- Act as the main point of coordination between headquarters, factories, and distributors
- Manage distributor contracts, including renewals and compliance
- Drive brand awareness and market leadership across assigned countries
- Expand business networks, including construction companies, consultants, and investors
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
- Identify new market entry opportunities and evaluate potential partners
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (sales, profitability, budgets)
- Monitor project pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, exports, or distributor management
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills

Requirements

- Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred
