Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve departmental budget targets, including sales, billing, and expenses
  • Define and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives
  • Set and monitor sales targets for distributors and internal teams
  • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
  • Manage and oversee distributor performance, including:
    • Technical capability
    • Ethical compliance
    • Quality standards
    • Training and capacity development
    • Sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Act as the main point of coordination between headquarters, factories, and distributors
  • Manage distributor contracts, including renewals and compliance
  • Drive brand awareness and market leadership across assigned countries
  • Expand business networks, including construction companies, consultants, and investors
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
  • Identify new market entry opportunities and evaluate potential partners
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (sales, profitability, budgets)
  • Monitor project pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
