Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, dealers, consultants, and direct clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and production to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Manage export documentation process in coordination with logistics/shipping teams.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share in target regions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in international markets / export sales.
  • Strong knowledge of global trade practices, Incoterms, and export processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
