Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute domestic & international B2B sales strategies.
  • Identify and acquire new wholesalers, exporters, garment manufacturers, and bulk buyers.
  • Build strong relationships with international buyers and sourcing agents.
  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.

Export Sales Management

  • Generate export leads for viscose-based digital print fabrics and garments.
  • Handle international client communication, sampling, pricing negotiations.
  • Coordinate with production & dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
  • Understand export documentation & compliance process.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and monitor domestic sales team performance.
  • Set targets and KPIs for team members.
  • Conduct weekly sales review meetings.
  • Develop market expansion plans with team inputs.

Market Expansion

  • Explore new domestic hubs and international markets.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and trends in womens ethnic wear.
  • Identify emerging markets for viscose-based products.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in textile export/domestic sales in Dubai, Kuwait and other GCC cities.
  • Strong network in fabric traders, garment manufacturers & B2B buyers.
  • Experience in digital print fabrics preferred.
  • Knowledge of viscose fabric market is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international).
  • Leadership and team management ability.
  • Understanding of export procedures & documentation.
