Export Sales Manager Middle East (Battery Division)

Locations: Delhi (India) & Dubai (UAE)
Experience Required: 510 Years

Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Middle East region for our Battery Division. The role involves managing key accounts, expanding distributor networks, and executing regional sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies for Middle East markets
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams for timely delivery
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Key Requirements:

  • 5 10 years of experience in export sales (preferably batteries, automotive, energy storage, or related sectors)
  • Strong knowledge of Middle East markets and business practices
  • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Delhi and Dubai
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
