Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of all room service menu items and minibar offerings
• Understand hotel layout and room locations for efficient service delivery
• Prepare the outlet for service by organizing equipment, glassware, flatware, and supplies
• Check storage areas for proper stock levels, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure trays, carts, amenities, and set-ups are always guest ready
• Follow proper telephone etiquette when taking guest orders
• Collect food from the kitchen and verify correct preparation and presentation
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly while ensuring temperature and quality standards
• Serve beverages properly with correct glassware and garnishes
• Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and additional needs when required
• Remove trays and trolleys from hallways promptly
• Assist with supervisory tasks when needed
• Anticipate guest needs and act proactively
• Report equipment issues or breakages
• Maintain excellent grooming standards and comply with hotel attendance policies
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager
