Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
The Food & Beverage Communications Executive supports the execution of communications activities for all Food & Beverage venues and culinary concepts. The role focuses on content coordination, digital updates, collateral support, and day-to-day communications execution in line with brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the planning and execution of Food & Beverage communications initiatives across all venues and culinary concepts.
- Handle Stoke & Stoker social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and proactive community management.
- Coordinate menu revisions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved Food & Beverage information.
- Support the design and coordination of packaging and collateral for culinary experiences, special projects, and gifting initiatives.
- Manage and update guest-facing platforms including Wix pages, IPTV content, and Food & Beverage menus on brand.com .
- Act as the SevenRooms champion, supporting content accuracy and experience setup.
- Coordinate Food & Beverage photoshoots, including scheduling, briefing between food & beverage team and communications.
- Maintain organized records of Food & Beverage assets and communications materials.
- Liaise with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide on-site support during Food & Beverage events, launches, and activations as required.

- Act as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Model the company s culture, vision, and core values.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
- Whilst working for the company there will be access to a wide variety of confidential information concerning the company, guests and associates. It is vital that all such information remains confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone outside the company, guests and employees, unless otherwise stated.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety rules, regulations and procedure as applicable to your place of work. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your workplace.
- The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory.
- Report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure.
- Ensure that any accidents to staff, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures.
- Attend Statutory Fire, Health & Safety training and be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health & Safety.
