Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant managers and teams.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Support pre-opening of new outlets and expansion projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, QA, CX, Culinary, IT, and senior management.
- Implement cost-control measures (food cost, staff cost, non-food cost).
- Analyze sales trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years experience in the same role.
Proven multi-outlet restaurant management experience.
Strong background in budgeting and financial analysis.
Bachelor s Degree (Catering Science / Culinary Arts preferred).
