Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Detailing: Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed shop drawings and production drawings for fa ade and cladding systems using AutoCAD.

  • Technical Review: Read, interpret, and analyze architectural and structural design drawings.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and the design team to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively develop knowledge of fabrication processes, installation methods, and standard cladding materials.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all drafted layouts and designs adhere to company standards and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications Education

  • Fresh Graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, or a closely related technical field.

Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in 2D drafting and modeling.

  • BIM & 3D Tools (Preferred): Basic knowledge of or a strong willingness to learn Rhino or BIM tools (Revit / Navisworks).

  • Drawing Interpretation: Solid ability to read and understand complex architectural/technical blueprints.

Soft Skills

  • A strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow specifically within the fa ade and cladding sector.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
