Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Facade Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer to join our façade construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring façade works to ensure timely project execution and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed project schedules and façade work programs using planning tools. Monitor site progress and regularly update planning schedules and reports. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors for work sequencing and manpower planning. Track material procurement, shop drawing approvals, and installation timelines. Identify potential delays, risks, and constraints affecting façade activities. Propose and implement recovery and mitigation plans to meet project deadlines. Ensure planning activities align with project milestones and contractual requirements. Support project teams with progress analysis and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in façade construction projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project (preferred). Good coordination and communication skills. Experience working on UAE projects is mandatory.
