Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess client skin conditions and needs through detailed consultations to customize facial treatments, ensuring personalized care.
- Provide a range of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and mask application, using professional-grade products.
- Perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, or specialized massage, to alleviate muscle tension and promote relaxation.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards and sterilizing tools and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a certificate in esthetics or massage therapy preferred.
Minimum of 3 year of experience in a spa or salon environment, demonstrating practical application of skills.
Prior experience in luxury spas or high-end salons is a plus, showcasing a commitment to quality service.
