Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for all occupants.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor management to minimize downtime.
- Manage and monitor budgets for facility operations, including vendor contracts, to ensure cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures and conduct drills to ensure preparedness and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field provides a foundational understanding of the industry.
Possession of relevant certifications like CFM or FMP demonstrates commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in facilities management, showcasing practical experience and industry knowledge.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferable, highlighting experience with specific facility requirements.
