Roles & Responsibilities

Job objective:


Supervising the operation and maintenance of facilities for residential projects completed by the company, ensuring their readiness and service quality, and providing the necessary support to clients after delivery, enhancing the quality of projects and preserving their operational value and the lifespan of essential components.


Tasks and responsibilities:



Follow-up, operation, and maintenance of residential project facilities after delivery, such as: electrical, water, air conditioning, fire systems, and elevators.

Coordinating with approved operation and maintenance contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with contracts and specifications.

Oversee facility services contracts (cleaning, security, infrastructure, waste disposal, etc.).

Receiving and following up on requests and complaints from residents and owners after delivery and ensuring they are handled with quality and efficiency.

Conducting periodic field visits to inspect the general condition of facilities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Preparing periodic operational reports that demonstrate facility operating efficiency, observations and recommendations.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure delivery of fault-free and fully equipped units.

Supporting energy and water conservation plans within residential complexes and achieving operational efficiency.

Use digital facility management systems to track and execute field work efficiently.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at all work and operating sites.


Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Management or any related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing facilities for residential projects or real estate development.

Good knowledge of building, finishing and utility systems of residential complexes.

Ability to deal with clients and service providers with high professionalism.

High skills in organization, preparing technical reports, and communicating with various parties.
