Roles & Responsibilities

A leading Facilities & Property Management Company is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities Management Team Leader. Educational Qualifications: • Technical Diploma or Engineering Diploma in one of the following fields: • Electrical Engineering • Mechanical Engineering • HVAC / Refrigeration • Facilities Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. • 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Site Supervisor. • Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems. • Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams and manage daily work activities. • Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards. Language Skills: • Good command of English (spoken and written). • Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
