Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety for occupants.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to execute repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and implement budgets for facilities operations, controlling expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Hold professional certifications such as FMP (Facilities Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) are highly regarded.

  • Demonstrate 2+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, preferably within a corporate or institutional setting.

  • Proven track record in managing complex building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
