Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional and well‑presented Facility Coordinator to manage daily facility operations while providing exceptional support to VIP clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to handle high-profile client requirements with discretion and efficiency. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day facility operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and ensure a seamless service experience
Manage service requests, work orders, and follow-ups promptly
Liaise with technicians, vendors, and service teams to ensure timely delivery
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure standards are consistently met
Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to facility activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE guidelines
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer‑focused approach at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities management or customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation, preferably with VIP or hospitality experience
Well‑presented, confident, and able to handle high-pressure situations
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
