Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across telecom infrastructure, including offices, technical buildings, and data centers. The role requires strong expertise in MEP systems, vendor management, and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall facilities operations (Hard & Soft Services) across multiple sites
Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, Generators)
Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans
Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets
Handle breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Manage and evaluate FM contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations
Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and optimization initiatives
Lead and manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
Maintain reports, audits, and documentation using CAFM/CMMS systems
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure high service quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 10+ years in Facilities Management
Experience in Telecom / Data Centers / Large FM operations preferred
GCC/UAE experience is an advantage
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Expertise in facility operations & maintenance
Vendor & contract management
Budgeting and cost control
Leadership and team management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication skills (Arabic preferred, English mandatory)
Certifications (Preferred)
NEBOSH / IOSH
CFM (Certified Facility Manager)
PMP (added advantage)
Other Requirements
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Willing to travel across multiple sites
