Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and projects.
Manage service contracts, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Lead facility-related projects such as renovations, space planning, and energy-saving initiatives.
Monitor and improve energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Handle tenant/client requests and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of facility operations.
Lead and motivate the facility management team to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management or property management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in facility management systems (CAFM/CMMS) is a plus.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
