4. Team Leadership & HR Management:
Lead, motivate, and supervise production teams.
Recruit, train, and develop factory staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control:
Monitor production costs, materials usage, and labor efficiency.
Prepare operational budgets and reports for management.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.

6. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Manage inventory of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply.
Optimize storage and handling of steel, aluminum, and glass products.

7. Reporting & Communication:
