• Demonstrates proficiency in farm equipment operation and maintenance.
• Displays excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Shows strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Possesses a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software and technologies such as farm management software and Microsoft office suite.
