Roles & Responsibilities

Client Experience & Styling

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction aligns with the brand s luxury standards.

  • Provide expert styling advice and personalized product recommendations to suit clients preferences and lifestyles.

  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, collections, and product knowledge to deliver informed service.

  • Support clients with fittings, alterations, and after-sales services to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Anticipate client needs and go above expectations to create memorable shopping experiences.

Sales & Relationship Building

  • Drive individual and store sales targets through exceptional client engagement and product expertise.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.

  • Utilize CRM tools to record client preferences, purchases, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in VIP client appointments and exclusive events, ensuring seamless coordination and personalized service.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays in line with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor stock levels, communicate client requests, and assist in product replenishment.

  • Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail, Business, or a related field.

  • 1 2 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
  • Strong passion for fashion, styling, and client engagement.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Energetic, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
