Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage meetings.
- Follow up with existing and new clients.
- Clearly explain our courses and membership packages.
- Track and update client data using Excel sheets.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their needs.
- Monitor progress of deliverables, remind team members of deadlines, and ensure completion of tasks.
- Assist with admission and provide support during events, whether online or on-site
Working Hours:
- Monday Wednesday (Office): 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (flexible timing may apply).
- Thursday & Friday (Remote): Full availability and consistency required.
- Saturday & Sunday: On-call for urgent cases, meetings, and client payments.
Candidate must always be reachable on WhatsApp for urgent matters.
