Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage meetings.
  • Follow up with existing and new clients.
  • Clearly explain our courses and membership packages.
  • Track and update client data using Excel sheets.
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their needs.
  • Monitor progress of deliverables, remind team members of deadlines, and ensure completion of tasks.
  • Assist with admission and provide support during events, whether online or on-site

Working Hours:

  • Monday Wednesday (Office): 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (flexible timing may apply).
  • Thursday & Friday (Remote): Full availability and consistency required.
  • Saturday & Sunday: On-call for urgent cases, meetings, and client payments.

Candidate must always be reachable on WhatsApp for urgent matters.
