Roles & Responsibilities

Manage full office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

  • Oversee administrative systems, filing, correspondence, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and employee records
  • Assist in onboarding, follow-ups, and HR documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
  • Ensure proper organization and execution of management requests

Desired Candidate Profile

2 3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills

Ability to support HR functions when required

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools

Professional appearance and attitude

Immediate availability is a plus
