Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage full office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Oversee administrative systems, filing, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and employee records
- Assist in onboarding, follow-ups, and HR documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
- Ensure proper organization and execution of management requests
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
Ability to support HR functions when required
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Professional appearance and attitude
Immediate availability is a plus
