Female Operations Manager – Beauty Salon hala alsham beauty center

• Manage and supervise daily operations of all salon branches.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and other staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Manage salon inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards across branches.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and staff performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Work closely with management to achieve business goals and growth.

Requirements:

• Previous 5 Years of experience in salon/spa/hospitality management is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.
• Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must be well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
• Fluency in English & Arabic .
