Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and evaluate property values, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for listings, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms to maximize visibility.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients through active listening and understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice on pricing, negotiations, and closing procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid understanding of market dynamics.
Real estate license is mandatory, showcasing your commitment to professionalism and legal compliance in the industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field to demonstrate a proven track record of success.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
