Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties]
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
Provide property listing for portals
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, negotiations, and legal requirements
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Prepare and manage contracts, offers, and transaction documentation
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings
Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, laws, and best practices
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a strong advantage
Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and listing platforms
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Compensation Structure
Commission-only during the initial period
Upon closing the first successful deal, eligibility for a fixed salary plus commission structure
