Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone and providing accurate information.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings to support office operations.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that it is tidy and stocked with necessary materials, enhancing the overall professional environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage, particularly in multicultural environments.
