Roles & Responsibilities
Immediate hiring for Female Receptionist
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome that reflects the company’s values.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls and taking messages with attention to detail.
- Oversee the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized space that enhances the visitor experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management to support team efficiency.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services, policies, and procedures, showcasing strong customer service skills.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth inter-office communication and collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English Communication Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in office management or administration are a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is highly desirable for diverse client interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and professionalism.
