Roles & Responsibilities

Immediate hiring for Female Receptionist

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome that reflects the company’s values.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls and taking messages with attention to detail.
  • Oversee the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized space that enhances the visitor experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management to support team efficiency.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services, policies, and procedures, showcasing strong customer service skills.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Excellent English Communication Skills
