With a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and timely delivery, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Female Sales Executive to support our business growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our contracting services to developers, consultants, and key market players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new clients across the contracting and construction industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain strong market awareness of trends and competitors in the UAE construction sector.
- Coordinate with Tendering and Operations teams for smooth project handovers.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Female candidates only.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in contracting, construction, engineering, or building materials (UAE market).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
- Valid UAE Driving License and own transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English essential; Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
