Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Female Sales Executive from Kerala to join our used laptop and MacBook store in Bur Dubai. This is a unique, high-profile role that combines professional in-store sales with being the "Face of the Brand" for our social media platforms. While a passion for gadgets is a plus, we are primarily looking for a powerful communicator who can connect our products to the Malayalam, Hindi, and English-speaking communities in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • In-Store Sales: Greet customers, assist them in choosing the right laptop, and manage the sales process.

  • Social Media Presence: Act as our lead presenter in videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) to showcase latest stock, unboxings, and store promotions.

  • Cultural Connection: Utilize your native Malayalam skills to build trust and rapport with our Kerala-native customer base.

  • Customer Engagement: Manage and respond to inquiries professionally via social media and WhatsApp.

  • Product Learning: Stay updated on our inventory of Apple MacBooks and Windows laptops (training provided).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Background: Must be a native from Kerala (to ensure authentic cultural and linguistic connection).

  • Languages: Malayalam, English and Hindi (Preferred).

  • On-Camera Presence: Must be highly confident, presentable, and energetic in front of the camera.

  • Tech Skills (Preferred): Being tech-savvy or having prior experience with electronics is an advantage but not mandatory—we will train the right personality.

  • Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

  • Personality: Friendly, persuasive, and naturally engaging.
