Desired Candidate Profile

Teacher Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Education or in a relevant subject area
  • Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent) preferable
  • Minimum 2 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual schools, but less will be considered
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with international curricula (American, British, IB, or Cambridge) is highly preferred
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
  • Ability to use modern, student-centered and inquiry-based teaching methods
  • Ability to deliver the American curriculum using engaging, student-centered approaches
  • Effective classroom management and lesson planning skills
  • Commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and student engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness within a diverse, international environment
