Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Separation Technologies Products.

2. Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with the experienced sales or sales team leader.

3. Look for and manage leads from the market, customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure healthy pipeline.

4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services

5. Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.

7. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

8. Share inputs to develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and follow up.

9. Be active member of Separation Technologies (SET) Business Unit and Food & Pharma Division with a team spirit mindset.

10. Work proactive and structured way to serve customers. Adapt to Customer-first mindset as per Alfa Laval culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

You communicate clearly and confidently with customers and to internal stakeholders. You are motivated by customer relations, results and continuous improvement.

You have-

1. Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms.

2. Strong customer support orientation and sense of urgency

3. You demonstrate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths

5. You have an ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats

6. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset

7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills

8. Team work and team player

Qualification & Experience

- Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder as Field SaIes Engineer having robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication.

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in any similar Food & Pharma Industries.
